Reservation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made 10 days before the first date of the reservation in order to avoid a cancellation fee of one night's fee.
  • No refunds will be given for early departures, unless by management consent.
  • Pets: We do allow pets (dogs only, 2 maximum) in our units, but we do not allow Pit Bulls or cats. There is a $10.00 per night, per pet fee. Pets are not to be left unattended in the room at any time. If your pet is a barker and we get complaints about the barking we reserve the right to ask you to leave without refund. Do not allow pet on bed or furniture, if they are the type to be on furniture please ask the office for old sheets to cover the furniture and bed. Pick up after your pet and dispose of droppings in a tied plastic bag.
  • Minimum stays: Although two night stays are required on weekends at the Fireside Inn, we do accept one-night reservations with an additional $20.00 room-cleaning fee when available.
  • Check in time is anytime after 2 p.m. When occupancy is high we cannot guarantee that accommodations will be ready by 2:00 p.m., although we make every effort toward that goal. If you plan to check in after 6 p.m., please make arrangements with the management for late check in. Check out time is no later than 11 a.m., although late checkouts may be made for a $20 fee with prior management approval.
  • No maid service is provided during stays, but is available for a $15 fee. Towels may be exchanged at any time by bringing them to the office.
  • No smoking or drugs: Smoking is only allowed on decks or patios and not inside any of our rooms. Any evidence of smoking in the rooms will constitute a $50.00 charge in addition to any cost to repair damage the smoke has caused.
  • Parents are responsible for the actions of their children or visitors, and will be held responsible for any damages caused to the Fireside Inn cottage, cabin or lodge during their visit.
  • Disruptive Behavior: If any guest's behavior is disruptive or overly loud, and it disturbs other guests, they will be asked to leave by the Riverside County Sheriff and will not receive a refund for their stay.
  • Maximum number of people allowed in the units are noted in the ratesheet. Having more than the number allowed is grounds for being asked to leave without refund unless given prior permission by management.
  • Third Night Free is not valid during peak seasons, to be determined by management.
  • Wireless internet access on site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
