General Housekeeping Info:

Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. Please There is no maid service during your stay, but it can be arranged for $25.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are canceling or changing your reservation 7 days before checkin you will incur a $35 fee. if you are canceling inside the 7 day period we will Unfortunately be charging you for one night. we cannot issue a refund for early departures. We cannot issue a refund for any major holidays.

Smoking

Yes the Fireside is one big non-smoking zone! Just like on the airplane. Federal aviation rules do not apply, but a $250 fine will be imposed should this policy be violated.  So to avoid any misunderstanding, this means no smoking of any kind in the rooms—no cigarettes, vaping, cigars, joints, pipes.

Pet policy

There is a $ 35 pet fee per night and a limit of one pet per room.  We do have a few pet-specific rules as follows:

Please do not leave your pet unattended in the room at any time.  We have found that the unfamiliar surroundings and wildlife sounds can make Fido bark and no one including Fido wants that on their relaxing escape to the mountains! Wag more, bark less!

Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. You are required to bring your dog beds with you. If we find your dog has been on our beds or our furniture you will be fined a $250 cleaning fee.

Please pick up your pet’s poo.

No Birds.  If you have an exotic pet, prior approval is needed.

Quiet Time

If you want to party down up on the Hill, the Fireside is not the place for you. To ensure everyone has a restful stay, quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Should any guest's behavior be disruptive or overly loud, and it disturbs other guests, a warning will be given.  If it is not heeded, the offending party will be asked to leave by the Riverside County Sheriff and will not receive a refund for their stay.

Other:

We live in the mountains and we are the interlopers as far as the wildlife is concerned.  That includes the tiny wildlife.  You may find a Daddy Long Leg or other visitor in the shower or elsewhere on occasion.  If it freaks you out let us know and we will relocate it for you!

Management is not responsible for any lost valuables. Be sure to check your room thoroughly before you check out!  If we find something we will try our best to save it for you to retrieve!

We try very hard to make the Fireside nice, clean and comfortable.  Please don’t mistreat the room.  You will be responsible for any damages to your room or furnishings during your stay.
